A. You need an internet connection and a username and password.

Q. Do I need installation software?
A: No, you need just your browser which you use for your internet navigation.

Q. Does this software work on a Mac computer?
A. Yes.

Q. How do I print from DecisionExpress to my printer?
A. To print from DecisionExpress, select “Printer-Friendly Page”. Then, in the menu of your browser select “print”.

Q: How many computers can use DecisionExpress?
A: Unlimited, as long as a user with a valid user account is using them.

Q: Do I have to pay for updates?
A: No, updates are part of our services and there are no extra fees for them.

Q: How many offices and clients are covered by DecisionExpress?
A: Unlimited.
